Golden Charm Cattery
Golden Charm is a TICA, CCA, and WCF registered British Shorthair and British Longhair cattery in Oakville, Ontario. With over 17 years of breeding experience, we specialize in premium golden shaded lines with emerald-green eyes and black eye lines, along with rare colours including chocolate, lilac, and blue golden. Every kitten is home-raised in a family environment with children, DNA tested through Wisdom Panel for 50+ inherited conditions, and backed by a lifetime genetic health warranty.
Who we are
Golden Charm is a family cattery. Every kitten is raised in our home alongside our children, surrounded by care and attention from birth. We are a closed cattery, meaning we do not accept public visits. This policy protects the health of our cats and kittens from exposure to outside pathogens. Visits are arranged only on kitten pickup day.
Our breeding program started in 2008 and has been operating in Canada since 2018. Over 17 years of experience have shaped our approach to selecting breeding pairs, managing coat colour genetics, and raising well-socialized kittens. Our golden lines carry five generations of documented pedigree with consistent golden shaded expression.
We prioritize quality over quantity, producing a select and limited number of kittens each year. Each kitten receives the individual attention it needs to grow into a confident, well-adjusted companion.
Golden Charm Cattery holds a TICA Code of Ethics certificate and follows the Standards of Professional Conduct set by TICA (The International Cat Association) and CCA (Canadian Cat Association). Our studs hold WCF Champion titles.

What is included with every kitten?
Every kitten from Golden Charm comes with TICA registration, vaccinations, a health guarantee, 30-day pet insurance, and lifetime breeder support.
A Royal Canin starter kit accompanies each kitten. All kittens go home between 10 and 16 weeks depending on development.

Waiting list
If no kittens are available, or you want a specific colour, join our Waiting List. You get priority access to choose at 4 weeks, before public reservations open.
All kittens are sold under a strict no-breeding policy. TICA registration papers are released after proof of spay or neuter by 6 months of age.

Golden Charm Cattery is located in Oakville, Ontario, Canada, in the Greater Toronto Area. We serve families across Ontario and ship kittens Canada-wide for kittens 12 weeks and older. Local pickup is available in Oakville for GTA families.
